IMPORTANT INFORMATION The trekking activities can be organized by specialized Associations that work on the territory and offer different possibilities from climbing, trekking on foot, on horseback, on mountain bike or to more specific speleological finds, activities and explorations. These Associations work in close relationship with the Natural Park of the Aurunci and the Natural Reserve of the Lazio Region. They are: CAI (Centro Alpino Italiano) of Esperia, the Association Nature Trend that both do the walking itineraries. Then there is the Association Maremoto of Formia that organizes trekking on mountain bikes and has instructors SIMB for all levels. For the horse lovers there are two associations "La Compagnia degli Aurunci" and "La Rinchiusa" which both organize horseback riding day trips in the woods.
